Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before renting equipment from East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing a booking and completing payment, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you complete a booking and payment through tnbins.com, you enter into a rental agreement with East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC for the use of moving bins and associated equipment (collectively, "Equipment") for the duration and at the price specified at the time of booking.
All rentals include:
Equipment is provided clean and in good working condition. Bin dimensions are approximately 25.2 × 15.5 × 11 inches. Equipment remains the property of East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC at all times.
The base rental period is one (1) week from the date of delivery. Extensions of one (1), two (2), or three (3) additional weeks may be purchased at the time of booking or arranged by contacting us prior to the end of your rental period. Equipment must be available for pickup at the end of the agreed rental period. Late returns may be subject to additional charges at the applicable weekly rate.
We will deliver Equipment to the pickup address provided at time of booking and collect Equipment from the dropoff address provided at time of booking. Delivery and pickup are included at no additional charge within our service area. You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is available or that Equipment is accessible for pickup at the agreed time. If we are unable to collect Equipment due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
We currently serve Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, and surrounding East Tennessee communities. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our service area. If you are unsure whether your location is within our service area, please contact us before booking.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are as displayed on tnbins.com at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total. No refunds will be issued once Equipment has been delivered. To cancel a booking, contact us at reservations@tnbins.com or call 865-659-7004.

You are responsible for Equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. You will be charged for any Equipment that is damaged beyond normal use, lost, stolen, or not returned. Replacement costs are $25 per bin and $150 for the dolly. We will notify you of any damage or loss charges within 5 business days of pickup.
By completing a booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails from East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC related to your booking, including booking confirmations, delivery reminders, and pickup notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at reservations@tnbins.com.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. We do not sell or share your phone number or email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC is not responsible for any damage to personal property packed inside the bins during transit or moving. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Equipment or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your rental.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Tennessee Moving Bins, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Equipment or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bradley County or Knox County, Tennessee, as applicable.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
